     To keep your shipping costs down and still keep your purchase safe, we use a variety of different shipping services depending on the manufacturer and the size of the item shipped. How will we ship your product? All accessories and Wesley Allen beds will ship through a package delivery service and all furniture (excluding Wesley Allen) will use our In-Home White Glove delivery.

Please allow 6 - 8 weeks for delivery. Depending on the manufacturer and popularity of the item, shipping time can vary. PLEASE ALLOW AN ADDITIONAL 7-10 DAYS FOR ORDER PROCESSING.

In-Home White Glove Delivery

     We know that buying furniture is a big decision for you and you want it to arrive in immaculate condition. That’s why our In-Home White Glove Delivery utilizes only shipping professionals who specialize in home furnishings. From the manufacturer to your home, experienced furniture professionals handle your items carefully and confidently. There’s more to our In-Home White Glove service, however. We know how important it is to not only get the right piece for your home, but how important it is to put it in the right place in your home. Our delivery service includes bringing your furniture to the correct room, carefully unpacking the items and placing them where you want them. However, it does not include moving your existing furniture. Please make sure that the space in which you wish your new furniture to reside is cleared and ready for your new addition(s). In-Home White Glove Delivery is offered in the 48 contiguous states at the rates calculated in your shopping cart.

     Our Delivery pricing is calculated based on the weight of the entire order as well as where in the country you live. Pricing can be calculated once all your items are in the shopping cart and your zip code is entered.

     Please Note: Liability issues and time required prevent us from offering assembly of bunk beds, lofts beds and Ready-to-Assemble furniture. We will still inspect the product and place it in the room of your choice.

What if something is damaged?

     If you receive a piece of furniture that is damaged the driver will report this to the appropriate customer service department. The drivers have furniture repair kits and have been trained to make minor touch-ups and repairs. If you are not satisfied, the driver will bring the piece back to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. Any damages to your home or personal property must be noted in writing at the time of delivery while the driver is still in the home. We will not honor any claim if not noted at the time of delivery.

Delivery of large of heavy items:

     You are responsible to note the size and dimensions of the furniture to insure that it will fit, not only in the designated room, but also will go through hallways, doorways, stairwells, etc. If the delivery to the designated room involved potential damage to your home due to the weight or size of the furniture, the delivery will be made to another area of your choice. If the furniture is left in an area at your home because of this situation it will be your responsibility to move the furniture. There will be at least two drivers on delivery trucks. If your furniture has an individual piece weight of 350lbs or more, we may require you to have additional people as needed to safely make the delivery. If the drivers feel like the placement of the furniture is going to potentially damage your home or the furniture, and you insist that they try, you will be asked to sign a waiver releasing the delivery company and Bayview Furniture from any liability should damage to your home or furniture occur.

     Once the order is received and inspected by the specialized furniture carrier, the carrier will give you a courtesy call to let you know that your order is in and briefly go over the delivery process. The carrier will then give you another call when they have a truck scheduled in your area and to schedule a day and time for delivery.

     White Glove delivery includes all of the following but not limited to: Mounting mirrors to dressers and assemble pier systems, set up beds, bunk beds and attach headboards to frames, provided no holes have to be drilled and slats are cut to length, secure chair seats to chairs, set up and secure table legs/bases, knock down cardboard and packing material and put it in one or two boxes for the homeowner’s disposal, install hardware such as knobs and pulls on the furniture, and install glass or wood shelves.

     White Glove delivery does NOT INCLUDE all of the following but not limited to: setting up clocks, disassembling furniture that will not fit into a room, move existing furniture (the room will need to be cleaned prior to the driver arrival), hang pictures or mount mirrors on the walls, remove, unhook or hook-up any electronic equipment, and assemble cribs.

UPS, Federal Express, DHL

     Items shipped in this manner are typically delivered to your door and do not include in-home setup. If you are not home when your package arrives, the delivery service will leave a slip on your door detailing that company’s procedures for having your package re-delivered or picked up. UPS, Federal Express and DHL does not perform any un-packing of any kind.

All items shipped via UPS, Federal Express, DHL are shipped free of charge to the consumer.
